I Got A Guy is based right here in Loveland, Ohio. We've been remodeling homes across Greater Cincinnati for more than two decades. Long enough to remember when a "kitchen update" meant new oak cabinets and a tile backsplash, and long enough to keep up as styles, materials, and homeowner priorities have changed.

Basement finishing turns a concrete shell into the most valuable square footage in your house: family rooms, home offices, guest suites, gyms, bars, and bathrooms. We handle moisture mitigation, framing, electrical, drywall, flooring, trim, and finish work. For older Loveland and Madeira homes, we'll check the foundation and waterproofing first. A finished basement built over an unaddressed leak is a slow-motion disaster.

Whole-home renovations are what we take on when a homeowner wants to bring an entire older property up to date. Usually older homes in Loveland, Madeira, or Indian Hill where the bones are great but the kitchen is from 1985 and the floors are three different vintages. We sequence the work so you can stay in the home where possible, or move out for the gut-and-rebuild phase if that's cleaner.

Usually not. For kitchen remodels, we set up a temporary cooking area and seal off the work zone to contain dust. For single-bathroom homes, we sequence the project to keep the bathroom usable as long as possible. Whole-home renovations are the main exception, and they usually require moving out for at least the gut-and-rebuild phase.
Yes, for many items. Homeowners commonly want to pick their own tile, lighting, faucets, or specialty fixtures. We're happy to install materials you've sourced. Just keep in mind warranty on those items is limited to what the manufacturer provides.

It varies enormously based on scope, materials, and the existing condition of your home. A bathroom refresh and a full gut are different worlds. Rather than post a misleading range, we give you a free in-home estimate where we can walk the space and ask about your priorities. You'll get a written scope and price before you commit.
